The Ridge Road Inn is open from Mid June through Mid September.

Rates are per night (3 night minimum stay in July and August) or weekly and subject to Maine Lodging Tax. All rates are based on double occupancy and are subject to change. Additional guests will be charged $10.00 per night. Rates are for the current year only and are not guaranteed for following years.


Weekly Rates (Saturday to Saturday)
      Double Occupancy $850/week
      Families up to 4 guests $900/week

Nightly Rates (3-Night Minimum)
(Limited kitchen usage under nightly rates)
      Double Occupancy $140/night
      Additional guests (up to 4 guests per suite) $10/guest/night

Our Policy

The Ridge Road Inn is privately owned. Management reserves the right to refuse service to anyone. We will not be responsible for accidents or injury to guests or their guests while on the property. We assume no liability nor are we responsible for the loss or theft of any money, jewelry or valuables of any kind from the person, rented unit or motor vehicle located on the property, loss or therein or items guests or their guests have on the property. Guests and/or their guests will be responsible for any damages incurred during their stay to any item, structure, or any portion of the property, including theft from the rented suite.

The Ridge Road Inn is a NON-SMOKING inn. There is no smoking inside the building at any time. Guests agree to a deep cleaning fee of $150.00 should there be any, as determined by management, evidence of smoking or the use of any smoke producing product such as tobacco, candles or incense.


Deposits, Cancellations and Refunds

Check-in is any time after 3:00 pm, and check-out is at 9:00 am promptly. Specific suite locations cannot be guaranteed. Preferences will be given full consideration and every effort made to honor them as closely as possible.

Payment/Deposit

  • We accept cash, Traveler's Cheques, cashier checks, money orders, MasterCard and Visa.
  • All nightly reservations require a deposit equal to one nights' lodging. Weekly reservations require a deposit of one-half of the weekly rate. Balance of payment is due on or before check-in.
  • If a deposit is made by personal check, it must be received within 10 days of making your reservation and 30 days before your scheduled arrival in order to allow sufficient time for the processing of the check.
  • Personal checks are not accepted at check-in or check-out.

Cancellations

  • All Deposits are non-refundable.
  • Payment is due in full for your scheduled stay at the time of arrival. Late arrivals or early departures are charged the same rate as the scheduled stay.
  • All rates are subject to change without notice.
